Working Out but NOT seeing Results ? Tips on how to change that

Here are some quick tips:
1. Figure out how many calories you should be consuming . Go to http://FreeDieting.com/ to find your target caloric intake.
2. Track what you eat with you phone or small notebook. A great app for this is myfitnesspal
3. Eat a lot of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, n whole grains. Try to avoid too much sweets n snacks but when u do eat them TRACK them.
4. Try a healthy all natural smoothie to replace 1 meal daily.
