Meet Jennifer Burgess, before I go off telling you about her transformation story after giving birth to TWINS, I wanted to share a little bit about her as a person. She is SUCH an amazing person inside and out and she has a great personality and sense of humor. I met Jennifer online a little over a year ago and she has just been blowing me away with how giving and REAL she is. She is a fitness consultant, a personal trainer, and most of all a Mom & Wife.

Six months ago she welcomed two of the cutest little boys into the world, and yes, that’s right I said TWO! She had TWINS!!! As most of you parents know, just having 1 baby is a lot of work especially as a new Mom, but two… yes, so she is got her hands full lol. Although she is busy being the best Mommy ever to her 2 new babies, working & also keeping her family first she STILL made/makes time for her own health and fitness! In 3.5 months she is down a total of 11.75″, 13.9 pounds and 4.4% body fat since July!! And actually that was as of Oct 24th but as of today she is down 17.4lbs!! How awesome is that right?
