In addition to losing over 20lbs (so far), during my challenge I cut way down on Diet Coke (less cravings), had spot-on lab work (got a hug from my doctor), and my measurements are "wow, really good" (according to a personal trainer friend of mine). I just recieved a sample of shakeology from Mindy today. Here's my honest opinion about this stuff. I didn't want to finish it!!! It tasted so good that I felt like I was cheating, but I couldn't put it down! Mindy included 2 different recipes to try and I tried the one that you add sugar free brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal.
